GENERAL RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days of the date of the purchase for a full product cost refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by using the contact form on the Lola Make-Up website or by emailing us at customerservicefoundation@gmail.com, in both cases please state the order number and reason for return. Your refund will be paid within 48 hours once we have received and checked the product(s). You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or described incorrectly. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
