First of all, we have the Matte Long Lasting Lipstick in the shade Minx 105*. As you can see, this is a bright and peachy coloured lipstick (left swatch, below) and boy does it pack a punch! I was really impressed with how pigmented this shade was and it applies like a dream without drying your lips. It is such a beautiful colour and if you want to create soft and kissable lips, Minx should be your number one shade for the spring season. I’ve been adding a clear gloss on top for the evening.
Now when I opened the eyeliner, I was really excited to see a gorgeous emerald tone pencil in the shade 05 Olive. I am getting pretty bored of my black eyeliner so its nice to mix up my routine once in a while. The end of the pencil actually has a small sponge so you can easily smudge and blend the pencil under your eyes or on your eyelids. As you can see from my swatch, it still has a dark tone to it but the subtle green hints of colour work perfectly with this spring collection. Last but certainly not least, we have the pink blush in the shade Fard à Joues*.
I usually don’t suit bright pink blushers but if you have a fairer complexion this will be your favourite from the Flirt collection. It adds an instant pop of spring and if you mix this shade with a bronzer, you can create a gorgeous blusher for your cheeks with a slightly darker tone. This is certainly my favourite product from the three because it is so wearable and I love the soft, English rose vibe! Throughout this spring collection I did notice how vibrant and pigmented the shades are, if you want to add a soft pop of colour to your make-up routine, LOLA make-up is a great place to start. Have you tried the new spring collection yet? Let me know what you think about spring make-up?
